The ASHA Centre is a magnificent Georgian home with completely refurbished outbuildings, set in a tranquil hamlet amidst extraordinary unspoilt countryside .Businesses, public, statutory and voluntary organisations looking for an ideal place to hold conferences or retreats will find the ASHA Centre a unique and inspirational venue.

Whether it’s a staff away-day, a weekend workshop or a week-long   training seminar, the Centre is the perfect setting. The atmosphere is always welcoming. Everything is done to ensure guests feel at home, from log fires in the winter to the screening of films in the evening.

If you’re looking for a more meditative experience, then the Centre is also for you. The estate of over five  acres, right on the edge of the Royal Forest of Dean is the most beautiful and tranquil environment in which to relax  and seek relief from the day-to-day stresses of life.

If you are specifically interested in team-building, ASHA’s resident theatre company, “Tongues of Fire”, offers a variety of challenging games and exercises that are innovative and fun. Personality Types, Positive Communication, Effective Presentation are some of the subjects which can be approached through the enjoyable medium of drama as part of the bridge-building experience.

The Centre has a gallery room for meetings, with IT and  audiovisual equipment, and wireless broadband internet facilities.

There is also an excellent library for guests to use. There is a very comfortably furnished communal lounge with TV, DVD and video.

Meals are prepared by experienced house-keeping staff using produce from our bio-dynamic garden (in season) or locally sourced. Meals can be tailored to suit any dietary requirement.  Full catering and refreshments are available for both day courses and residential bookings.

All bedrooms are en-suite, many with self-catering facilities.
