The End of an Erasmus+

The planting of a flowering cherry tree marks the end of an important chapter in our history. For 15 years, the ASHA Centre was one of the foremost organisations in the UK that worked within the Erasmus+ programme which supports education, training, youth and sport in Europe.

During that time we welcomed over 3,500 participants into the Centre who came from all over Europe to take part in residential courses, vocational education, training and as volunteers.

It may be the end of the Erasmus+ programme in the UK, but for ASHA it opens the door to other opportunities. It was an amazing era but we’re looking forward to new adventures and welcoming many more young (and not so young!) people to this special place.
