Welcome to Be Luminous Coaching, my name is Bó and I’m an Empowerment Coach and Integrative/shamanic Practitioner.

My work bridges somatic awareness, subtle-energy healing, and contemporary therapeutic approaches. I am trained as an empowerment coach and work integratively, recognising that no single modality suits everyone. While the foundation of my practice is grounded, ethical, and client-led, I draw from a range of complementary approaches to meet each individual where they are.

I support clients through somatic coaching, nervous-system regulation, quantum-informed healing, intuitive guidance, and compassionate disentanglement from limiting patterns. My sessions are structured and held with clear boundaries, practical tools, and gentle precision, ensuring that insight translates into embodied, sustainable change rather than remaining purely conceptual.

Some of the areas I work with include stress and burnout, anxiety, emotional regulation, trauma integration, life transitions, identity and self-development, sensitivity and overwhelm, spiritual integration, and restoring a sense of agency and inner steadiness. I also support clients in developing a healthier, more attuned relationship with food, offering guidance around dietary needs and embodied nourishment as part of a holistic wellbeing approach. This list is not exhaustive, so please feel free to reach out if you would like to explore whether my work is a good fit for your needs.

In essence, my approach focuses on restoring capacity, stabilising the nervous system, and helping clients translate inner shifts into grounded, lived change. I work with people who are ready to move out of survival patterns and into a more resourced, sustainable way of being, without bypassing the human realities of life.

I offer sessions both in person at the Asha Centre and remotely online.

Services include:

• One-to-one coaching sessions (in person and online)

• Somatic and nervous-system-informed support

• Integrative/shamanic and quantum-informed healing sessions

• Guidance around food, nourishment, and embodied wellbeing

• Group work, workshops, and retreats

Price Guide:

I believe coaching and integrative support should be accessible, not exclusive. I offer a sliding scale to reflect different financial circumstances, along with a limited number of reduced-rate spaces for those experiencing financial constraint. This includes individuals from marginalised communities and those navigating periods of transition or reduced capacity. If you’d like to discuss availability or suitability, please feel welcome to get in touch via email at: [email protected]
