Labyrinth Psychotherapy

Welcome to Labyrinth Psychotherapy, my name is Matt Williams and I’m an AAGSRD Psychotherapist.

I'm a person centred trained AAGSRD therapist, however understanding that one size or one type of modality doesn't fit all, I've trained in different modalities throughout my career. Whilst the foundation of my work is holistic and person centred focused, I have expertise in many different modalities such as: AAGSRD (Advanced Accredited Gender, Sex, Sexuality, Relationship Diversity), Existential, Psychodynamic, Systemic, CBT, DBT, Humanistic, Somatic, Ancestral Therapy. Some of the areas that I work with are Depression, Stress, Anxiety, Relationship Diversity, Trauma, Lose and grief, Bereavement, Eating Disorders, Addiction, Chem Sex, Self Esteem, Gender, Dysmorphia, Dysphoria, Sexuality, Anger management, Personal and professional transitions, Self Development and Faith. This list isn't exhaustive but do reach out to check if you can’t see what you’re looking for, and I'll be happy to speak with you.

In short, I've integrated many modalities and because I don't want you to be in therapy forever my approach is brief solution focused therapy. I have the joy of being the Asha Centre Director, hence I work both in-person from the Asha Centre and remotely via zoom.

I'm BPS, NCIP, Pink Therapy accredited and work within the BACP ethical counselling framework guidelines. Equally as a mature psychotherapist I've tons of lived experience, so I'm here to walk beside you whilst you lean into the life you deserve.
